These terms govern your use of Open Studio Press on iPhone. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The product
Open Studio Press is a local creative tool for composing, previewing, saving, and exporting visitor booklets from structured blocks and templates. It is not a publishing, printing, hosting, or collaboration service.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you create. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights and permissions needed for text, names, artwork descriptions, and other material you include or share.
Do not use the app to create content that is unlawful, infringes another person’s rights, invades privacy, impersonates others, or is intended to cause harm.
Templates
Built-in templates and sample content are starting points only. Review and edit every booklet before printing, publishing, or sharing it. You may use exported results for your personal or professional studio activities, but you may not extract or resell the app’s template library as a competing product.
Licence
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices permitted by the App Store terms. You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer the app except where applicable law allows it.
Price
The current version is free and has no in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Exports and availability
Export appearance can vary by device, printer, paper, and destination app. Keep separate copies of work that matters to you. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, preservation of local projects, or suitability for a particular event or printing process.
Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for lost drafts, printing costs, missed events, third-party sharing, or other indirect losses. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination and changes
You may stop using and delete the app at any time. We may update or discontinue it and may revise these terms. The effective date above identifies the current version.
Apple terms
Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app.
